Our meetings are done on a platform called Zoom, which works with both Android and iOs (iPhone/Apple) platforms.  You can meet on a computer, smartphone, or a tablet.

As a very experienced estate planning and elder law firm, we are very aware some of you may be intimidated by technology.

First, we want you to know that is ok.  We know what to do, and we are willing to patiently walk you through it, step by step, if necessary.

Second, we are now living in a time when this will become necessary. So even if you don't feel comfortable, let us help you GET comfortable - because this is part of what may be a new normal, whether we like it or not.

If you mean "will my estate plan work if I do it this way - will it hold up?"

The answer is, there is no reason for it not to.  The consensus in the legal community is that this is a viable solution.

Also, we live in extraordinary times.  These are essential legal services and you are entitled to receive them safely.

Finally, we are working diligently with our state representatives and there is also work on the federal level to make this even more secure.  

I, Nicole (the attorney) have NO wish to do anything that would compromise my clients.  But it is certain that having NO plan is even worse.

If you truly do not have any of these devices, there may still be a way for us to help.  Be aware that this is riskier, for both you and our team.

If you can, we strongly advise that you at least purchase an inexpensive tablet.  You can find them on Amazon for less than $100.
